COACHING FOR WOMEN

C4W is the only leadership solution tailored for current and emerging women leaders. C4W guides each leader to identify and develop their most important leadership skills with a gender-balanced perspective.

First, each leader is paired with an experienced leadership coach. Next, leaders take a 360 to assess their leadership competence. This provides a clear picture of how they compare to other leaders and identifies potential opportunities for development. Then, each leader interacts with her personal leadership coach to interpret the 360 data and choose the most impactful women- leader-centered competencies to develop. The coach, leader, and leader's manager meet to confirm program objectives.

Once the program objectives are identified, the program is configured to provide the leader with weekly online working/learning sessions with the most up-to-date thought leadership on the three specific competencies chosen. 1:1 coaching sessions reinforce learning, application on the job, and real behavior change.

Research shows that sustained change doesn't happen overnight. C4W facilitates a progressive series of behavior changes and practices ensuring the internalization and application of the target skill or competency.
